不同产量水平绿豆品种冠层温度分异现象及其光合性能

摘  要:为了解不同基因型绿豆群体的冠层温度分异现象及其光合性能,以不同产量水平绿豆品种为材料,在开花结荚期利用红外测温仪对绿豆冠层温度进行观测,并定期测定主茎开花节位叶片的光合性能。结果表明,参试绿豆品种在开花结荚期间存在冠层温度分异现象,低产品种"汾绿2号"、"洮9947-6"的冠层温度持续偏高,高产品种"冀绿9802-19-2"和"潍绿2116"冠层温度持续偏低,且高产品种主茎开花节位叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度以及胞间CO2摩尔分数等光合生理指标均优于低产品种。In order to explore canopy temperature characteristics of different mung bean genotypes,the canopy temperature was measured with infrared radiation thermometer at flowering and pod-set stage and photosynthetic indexes of leaf grown at the flowering nodes of main stem were detected with LI- 6400 portable photosynthetic instrument. The result showed that the canopy temperature of mung bean differentiated genotypes markedly. The canopy temperature was constantly higher in low-yielded varieties,"Fenli3 2" and "Tao 9947-6", and were constantly lower in the high-yielded varieties, "Jilti 9802-19-2" and "Weilii 2116". The biological indicators, including the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), exhibi- ted higher in high-yielded varieties than in low-yielded varieties.
