低位咬合伴颞下颌关节结构紊乱患者的牙合垫治疗临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对低位咬合伴颞下颌关节结构紊乱患者进行牙合垫修复,分析其临床效果。方法观察14例符合条件患者治疗前、牙合垫治疗后的临床症状、关节间隙及肌电图的变化。结果①牙合垫修复治疗后临床症状和关节间隙与治疗前相比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②静息状态下牙合垫治疗修复后颞肌前束(TA)和咬肌(MM)肌电活动减弱,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在最大紧咬状态下牙合垫治疗后肌电活动变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙合垫修复缓解了颞下颌关节相关症状,咀嚼肌的功能得到了充分的发挥。Objective：To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of occlusal reconstruction therapy for the patients of infraocclusion with temporomandibular internal derangement.Methods：14 reasonable patients were chosen and their clinical symptoms,joint spaces and Electromyographics observed at three stages-pretherapy,temporary occlusal pad therapy and permanent reparation.Results：① compared with pretherapy,changes of clinical symptoms and joint spaces had statistical significance after temporary occlusal pad therapy（P0.05）.②Myoelectricities of TA and MM after temporary occlusal pad diminished obviously at quiescent condition（P0.05）.At maX biting condition,myoelectricity changes of temporary occlusal pad therapy had no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions：occlusal reconstruction can relieve symptoms of TMJ.
