草酸铈与姜辣素止呕作用研究

摘　　要：目的利用新型水貂呕吐模型研究草酸铈与姜辣素对顺铂所致水貂呕吐模型的治疗作用。方法雄性水貂24只随机分成4组:模型组、昂丹司琼组、草酸铈与姜辣素低剂量组,草酸铈与姜辣素高剂量组,各组分别给予生理盐水、昂丹司琼、草酸铈与姜辣素组合物低剂量与高剂量预处理,30分钟后给予腹腔注射顺铂,观察顺铂注射后6小时内水貂呕吐潜伏期和干呕、呕吐次数。结果组合物低剂量组和高剂量组水貂的呕吐潜伏期均显著长于模型组(P值均<0.01),干呕和呕吐次数均显著小于模型组(P<0.01)。结论草酸铈与姜辣素组合物对顺铂所致的水貂呕吐具有明显的止吐作用。Objective： To study cerium oxalate and gingerol in mink vomiting model induced by cisplatin therapy effect.Methods： Male minks were divided into 4 groups： the model control,ondansetron and cerium oxalate and gingerol groups.The minks in every group were administrated saline,ondansetron,low dose Gingerol and oxalic acid cerium and high dose cerium oxalate and gingerol,and 30 minutes later intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin was administrated.The latency and the times of retching and vomiting episodes were recorded in the following 6 hours.Results： Compared to the model control group,the latency of low dose and high dose cerium oxalate and gingerol were significantly longer than that of the model（all P0.01）,and the times of retching and vomiting episodes decreased significantly（all P0.01）.Conclusion： The cerium oxalate and gingerol shows an antiemetic effect on cisplatin-induced vomiting in minks.
