摘　　要：在新阅读时代的背景下,如何提高CDRS服务创新绩效业已成为CDRS咨询团队亟待解决的问题。为此,结合关系学习、知识吸收能力与CDRS咨询团队知识整合的内涵,构建关系学习、自身吸收能力、CDRS咨询团队知识整合创新绩效结构模型。该模型指出关系学习不仅直接影响CDRS咨询团队知识整合创新绩效,而且通过知识吸收能力间接地影响CDRS咨询团队知识整合创新绩效的效果,彰显着三者之间的内在联系,利于提升CDRS服务创新绩效。In the context of the new reading age, how to improve the CDRS service innovation performance has become a burning question. On the basis of the concept of analysis of the relationship learning, knowledge absorption capacity and CDRS consulting team knowledge integration, a structural model was built, the model indicates that relational learning is not only a direct impact on CDRS consulting team knowledge integration innovation performance, but also indirectly influences the effect of CDRS consulting team knowledge integration innovation performance through knowledge absorption capacity. The conclusions are meaningful for further understanding the impact of the three intrinsic links.
