摘　　要：广东省中医院通过与广州某公司合作研制开发了具有医院特色的病人订餐、职工网络订餐、餐厅就餐一卡通管理系统。该系统简化了订餐的操作流程,加强了过程控制管理,职工订餐实现了网络订餐且自动扣费等功能,大大节约了送餐时间,提高了工作效率。病人订餐实现了查询消费明细等功能,有效减少了投诉的发生。同时解决了订餐数据采集及汇总等功能,为主管部门提供科学数据分析,使医院餐饮服务和膳食供应管理达到一个新的高度。One card meal ordering system serving for patient and staff meal ordering and dining in canteen is developed by both Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a company in Guangzhou.The new system has facilitated meal ordering process,strengthened process control and management,greatly saved meal delivery time and improved efficiency.Staff meal ordering can automatic deduction in network and patient meal ordering can search spending list which effectively reduced complains.While addressing the ordering data collection and aggregate,it provides scientific data analysis for the competent department,and make hospital catering services and caterers management to reach to a better level.
