摘  要:为了推动鞍山地区中小学体育教师的专业发展,采用问卷调查方法,以鞍山市部分中小学体育教师为对象,对教师专业发展途径及影响因素进行调查。结果显示:影响教师专业发展的因素是多方面的,主要是学校条件、领导重视、个人经济状况、工作和家庭负担;教师专业发展途径主要是:外控型的有组织的活动和内控型的自主发展动力。建议,重视中小学体育教师专业发展工作,建立长效发展机制,调动教师专业发展积极性和主动性。In order to push the professional development of PE teachers in primary and middle school of Anshan city,by using the questionnaire investigation method,some PE teachers in primary and middle schools are taken as the objects,an investigation of professional development path and influence factors are carried out.The results show that: the influencing factors of teachers' professional development is multifaceted,mainly including the school conditions,leadership focus,work and family responsibilities and personal economic situation.The professional development path of PE teachers is: through the external control of organized activities,the teachers' autonomous development driving force is lack of internal control.The Leaders at all levels should attach great importance to the work on primary and middle school PE teachers' professional development,establish a long-term development mechanism,and mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers ' professional development.
