破瘀通络汤对急性脑梗塞患者血浆TNF_α含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察破瘀通络汤 (补阳还五汤加石菖蒲、水蛭、白僵蚕 )对急性脑梗塞患者治疗前后血浆中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)的影响。方法 :中西医结合组采用破瘀通络汤加西医常规疗法 ,西药组采用西医常规疗法 ,患者血浆中TNFα水平采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测。结果 :中西医结合组和西药组治疗前TNFα水平较正常组增高 (P <0 .0 5) ;治疗后两组TNFα水平均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;其中中西医结合组降低较西药组明显 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :破瘀通络汤治疗本病的作用机理可能与调节机体免疫功能、减轻脑细胞损害有关。Poyu Tongluo Decoction (PTD) is composed of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with Rhizoma Acori Graminei, Hirudo and Bombyx Batryticatus, and its effect on the plasma tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) was observed. Forty_eight cases of ACI were randomly allocated to Group 1 (treated with PTD and routine western medical therapy) and Group 2 (treated only with routine western medical therapy). Other 10 healthy volunteers served as control (Group 3). TNFa level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that TNFα level in Group 1 and Group 2 before treatment was high as compared with Group 3 (P< 0.05 ) and decreased after treatment (P< 0.01 ), and the difference of TNFα after treatment between Group 1 and Group 2 was significant (P< 0.05 ). It is suggested that the regulation of immune function and the reduction of brain cell damage may be the mechanism of PTD for ACI.
