非小细胞肺癌中Caspase-8的表达及意义分析

摘　　要：目的:分析Caspase-8在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法:采取免疫组织化学法进行检测非小细胞肺癌中的Caspase-8蛋白表达水平。结果:通过临床的实验分析,在患者的癌组织中检测Caspase-8的阳性率为64.7%,正常的组织中检测Caspase-8的阳性率为73.5%,其中组间的对比无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义。但是组间Caspase-8蛋白的表达强度和细胞内的定位比较存在明显的差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义;而组织中的Caspase-8蛋白表达与患者的病理类型、组织学类型、是否吸烟、性别与年龄等无明显的联系。但是Caspase-8蛋白的表达与淋巴结的转移、临床的分期以及患者的生存期等有着密切的关系,数据的比较具有明显的差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论:在非小细胞肺癌的组织中Caspase-8蛋白表达强度明显,并且与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结的转移和临床的分期以及患者的生存期有着密切的关系,可作为一种新型的非小细胞肺癌诊断标志物。Objective： To analyze the Caspase-8 expression in non-small cell lung cancer and clinical significance.Methods： Immunohistochemical method for the detection of non-small cell lung cancer Caspase-8 protein levels.Results：Through the analysis of clinical experiments,detected in patients with cancer organization Caspase-8-positive rate of 64.7%,normal tissue detection of Caspase8-positive rate of 73.5%,which group the contrast between no significant differences（P0.05）,statistically meaningless.Strength group Caspase-8 protein expression and intracellular localization,there is a significant difference（P0.05）,statistically meaningful;organization of Caspase-8 protein expression in patients with pathological type,histological type,whether smoking,gender and age had no significant contact.Caspase-8 protein expression and lymph node metastasis,clinical staging,as well as the patient’s survival period is closely related data compare with a significant difference（P0.05）,statistically meaningful.Conclusion：Caspase-8 in non-small cell lung cancer tissue protein expression was significantly,and have a close relationship with non-small cell lung cancer lymph node metastasis and clinical staging as well as the patient’s survival time,can be used as a new type of non-small cell lung cancer diagnostic marker.
