摘　　要：目的：探讨蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清ET-1,sICAM-I,NO,Ang-l及2,炎性因子的变化情况。方法：选取2010年3月~2012年8月于本院进行治疗的54例蛛网膜下腔出血患者为观察组,同期进行健康体检的54名健康人员为对照组,后将观察组中不同Hunt-Hess分级患者和对照组的血清ET-1,sICAM-1,NO,Ang-l及2,炎性因子水平进行比较。结果：观察组的血清ET-1,sICAM-I,Ang-l及2,炎性因子水平均高于对照组,血清NO则低于对照组,而观察组中高Hunt-Hess分级者变化幅度大于低Hunt-Hess分级者,P均〈0.05,有显著性差异。结论：蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清ET-1,sICAM-1,NO,Ang-1及2,炎性因子的变化较为明显,且不同Hunt-Hess分级者之间差异较大。Objective：To study the change situation of serum ET-1,sICAM-1,NO,Ang-1 and 2,inflammatory factors of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods：54 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2010 to August 2012 were selected as observation group,and 54 healthy personnel with health examination at the same time were selected as control group,then the serum ET-1,sICAM-1,NO,Ang-l and 2,inflammatory factors of observation group with different Hunt-Hess grade and control group were compared.Results：The serum ET-1,sICAM-1,Ang-l and 2,inflammatory factors of observation group were all higher than those of control group,and serum NO was lower than that of control group,while the these indexes′ change range of observation group with higher HuntHess grade were bigger than those with lower Hunt-Hess grade,all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The change of serum ET-I,sICAM-1,NO,Ang-l and 2,inflammatory factors of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage are obvious,and these indexes of patients with different Hunt-Hess grade have great differences.
