帕累托定律对民族院校图书馆读者服务工作的影响——以青海民族大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：将帕累托定律应用到民族院校图书馆的读者服务管理体系当中去,在对用户需求进行细化并实施分级管理,以及按三线典藏制对纸本文献进行定位的基础上,对重大研究课题实行信息推送。这不但体现图书馆的整体社会效益,而且实现了图书馆学第一定律——"书是为了用的"和第四定律——"节省读者的时间";同时,还有利于促进民族学校的整体发展和实现民族团结。Applying Pareto Principle into the reader service management system of the libraries of ethnic universities colleges,and based on the subdivision of user demands,the implementation of level-to-level management,and the orientation of printed documents by using triple collecting system,the information push is carried out for significant research subjects,which not only reflects library’s overall social benefit but also realizes the first law of library science——＂Books are for use＂and the fourth law——＂Save the time of the reader＂,and at the same time,which is favorable to promote the overall development of the ethnic universities colleges and to realize ethnic unity.
