摘　　要：目的:探究影响老年人根管治疗依从性的相关因素,为改善老年人根管治疗依从性的临床决策的制定提供一定的理论基础。方法:本研究采用问卷调查的方式,对182例确诊为牙髓炎或根尖周炎并计划进行根管治疗的老年人进行依从性调查,对其相关影响因素进行分析。结果:老年人根管治疗患者的经济收入、疼痛恐惧程度、认为治疗程序复杂与否(周期长、次数多)、行动方便与否、根管治疗(root canal therapy,缩写为RCT)认知程度与根管治疗依从性的相关性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年人根管治疗患者的经济收入、疼痛恐惧程度、认为治疗程序复杂与否(周期长、次数多)、行动方便与否和RCT认知程度是影响老年患者根管治疗依从性的因素。Objective： To investigate factors influencing elderly patients＇compliance with root canal therapy （RCT） and provide possible theoretical support for improving their compliance. Methods： Each of the 146 elderly patients （81 males and 65 females） who had been diagnosed as pulpitis or apical periodontitis and had determined to receive root canal therapy, was assigned into either the complete compliance group or the non-complete compliance group, depending on whether the patient made the revisit at the scheduled time or followed the dentist＇s advice. One hundred and forty-six questionnaires were then delivered to these patients. Results： Income, fear of pain, whether multiple-visit root canal therapy would be considered to be complicated or not, inconvenience of behavior and understanding about RCT were found significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion： Income, fear of pain, whether multiple-visit treatment would be considered to be complicated or not, inconvenience of behavior and understanding about RCT were proved to influence elderly patients＇ compliance during RCT.
