摘　　要："慎独"是我国儒家学说当中有关道德实践的一个崇高境界,指在独处时仍能谨慎不苟。临床医生经常独自面临两难的选择,只有秉持"慎独"的理念,加强道德修养,方能明辨是非,做出正确的临床决策。Integrity maintenance without supervision is a lofty realm of the ethics practice in the Confucianists theory, which means to keep cautious whenever he is alone. Clinical doctor often has to be alone facing the difficult choice of a dilemma. Only can he make a clear distinction between right and wrong and make an appropriate clinical decision by keeping the idea of ＂integrity maintenance without supervision＂ in mind and enhancing self-cultivation.
