摘　　要：清代藏书家张金吾的学术取向中,以重视藏书、提倡读书为学问品行之本,推崇先贤、博采众长为学术研究之基,突破旧例、创设新制为学术精进之路,考证谨慎、不下妄语为学术立说之范。这些学术取向的形成与其家学渊源、个人的学术自觉及当时的文化氛围息息相关。正是秉承上述学术取向,张金吾在目录学上做出了重要贡献,不仅保存了丰富的书目文献资料,还创新体例,辨彰学术,考镜源流,而且留下了大量的目录学著述。这些学术成就不论从理论上,还是从实践上,都推动了中国古代目录学的发展。According Ai rifing lu cang shu zhi, we can find that ZHANG Jin-wu＇s academic orienta- tion includes lots of virtues such as the followings： paying attention to books; advocating reading books as the base of scholarship and virtue; accepting others＇ good points; being able to bring forth new ideas and giving rigorous conclusions; researching with caution. The academic orientation results from his family education, academic consciousness and cultural background. With the academic orien- ration, ZHANG Jin-wu makes important academic ward. contributions and pushes the catalogue research for-
