摘 要:装置采用TMS320F28027为控制核心,实现了模拟光伏并网系统的功能,具有最大功率追踪(MPPT),输出电压与给定参考电压频率、相位同步,欠压、过流保护,欠压保护的自动恢复等功能。装置主电路拓扑采用全桥逆变电路,倍频SPWM调制方式,MPPT采用恒定输入电压法实现,相位跟踪使用软件锁相实现。系统测试结果表明,MPPT跟踪时输入电压相对偏差的绝对值小于0.7%,频率跟踪相对误差小于0.09%,相位跟踪误差约为2°,输出波形THD小于2%,效率达84%以上。TMS320F28027 is used in the system as the control core to simulation the functions of maximum power point tracking (MPPT), frequency and phase synchronization, under voltage and over current protection, automative recovery of under voltage and so on. The topology of the main circuit is the full bridge inversion circuit, which is controlled by the unipolar sinusoidal pulse-width-modulation (SPWM) strategy. MPPT is realized with constant input voltage method. The phase tracking is achieved with software phase lock loop (PLL). The test results show that the system has perfect performance, such as high efficiency, low grid-connected total harmonic distortion (THD), nice tracking performance, consummate over-current protection (OVC) and under-voltage protection (UVP). The relative voltage error is less than 0. 7% for MPPT. The relative frequency error is less than 0. 09%. The phase error is approximately 2°. The THD of the output voltage is less than 2%. The efficiency of this device is over 84%.
