摘 要:本文提出了1种基于DeST模拟软件的"典型模拟+修正"方法,此预测方法通过建筑负荷影响因素的敏感性分析对区域建筑进行分类,而后抽取典型建筑作为可以代表区域建筑群负荷分布的典型建筑模型,将区域建筑的负荷预测转化为典型建筑模型进行模拟,同时将非典型建筑模型向典型建筑模型修正后进行模拟。对北京某居住区区域建筑采用"典型模拟+修正"方法进行了冷(热)负荷模拟计算,并将模拟结果与所有单栋建筑逐一模拟的结果进行了比较,验证了此种方法的准确性及可行性。This paper proposes a method of "typical simulation+ modification" based on simulation software of DeST.This predication method classifies regional buildings through sensitivity analysis of the influencing factor of building load and then takes typical buildings as model of typical buildings capable of representing load distribution in the regional building group,transforms load predication in regional buildings into typical building model for simulation,and meanwhile,conducts simulation after modifying non-typical building model towards typical building model.From cooling(heating) load simulation calculation of the regional buildings in a certain residential district of Beijing by adopting the method of "typical simulation+ modification",the simulation results are compared with those obtained through simulation of each single building,and accuracy as well as feasibility of this method is verified.
