摘 要:为了研究复杂条件下的箱涵施工控制技术,依据箱涵顶进施工的基本原理、工程技术和工程经验,对箱涵下穿机场滑行道顶进施工过程进行动态监控与跟踪,监控内容涉及在滑行道道面布置沉降标以监控滑行道道面的沉降,埋设应力应变传感器监测箱涵结构、后背墙的应力及变形,用通用有限元软件ANSYS编写程序模拟和监测箱涵的空间位置等几个方面.采集工程监控数据并对施工过程进行信息反馈,指导全段施工.工程实例验证了信息化施工的可靠性.Based on the basic principle, engineering technique and construction experience of box-culvert advancing construction, advancing construction process of box-culvert under the airport taxiway was tracked and monitored dynamically as follows: airport taxiway surface was labeled with subsidence markers to monitor the subsidence situation; stress-strain sensors were embedded to monitor the structure of box-culvert, the stress change and deformation situation of back wall; computer program was coded in the general finite element analysis software-ANSYS, to simulate and monitor the spatial position of box- culvert. Then, project monitoring data was collected, analyzed and fed back to the construction process. Meanwhile, some project cases were used to validate the reliability of information construction.
