摘 要:采用流延成膜的加工工艺,制备了聚偏氟乙烯/二氧化钛(PVDF/TiO2)复合膜,研究了TiO2含量对复合膜的热稳定性、力学性能、结晶形态、热性能以及耐候性的影响。结果表明,TiO2含量为2%时,共混制得的复合膜拉伸强度高达59.5MPa,起始分解温度为340℃;加入TiO2对PVDF结晶度的影响不大,通过紫外照射实验证明加入TiO2改善了PVDF的耐候性。PVDF/TiO2 composite film was prepared via casting, the thermostability, mechanical property, crystalline form, thermal performance and weather resistance of the composites films were studied. It showed that when the mass ratio of PVDF/TiOe = 98/2, the tensile strength of the composites films reached 59. 5 MPa. However, the initial decomposition temperature was lowered to 340 ℃, which was compared to neat PVDF film. The degree of erystallinity of PVDF was not changed so much by the incoporation of TiO2. The weather resistance of PVDF/TiO2 composites films was improved obviously according to ultraviolet radiation tests.
