摘　　要：本文认真回顾了重点学科在科研、医疗方面所取得的成绩 ,启示加强重点学科建设是相当必要的。医院事业的发展只有靠科学才有希望。重点学科在医院建设中具有举足轻重的作用 ,为此 ,提出了加强重点学科建设的相应对策。The article has reviewed the achievements of the key departments in scientific researches,medical services in the hospital.Strengthening the construction of the key departments in the hospital is very important.The health development should be depended on science.The key departments are playing very important role in the hospital,we give out some countermeasures of developing the key departments in the hospital.
