幽门螺杆菌感染者血清一氧化氮水平及胃粘膜细胞凋亡的变化

摘　　要：目的 :探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染者血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化及其对胃粘膜细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :Hp阳性者 36例为研究对象 ,Hp阴性者 31例作为对照。用酶联免疫法测定血清 NO含量 ,TUNEL 法检测胃粘膜细胞凋亡。结果 :Hp阳性组血清 NO含量 (85 .6± 2 1.4) μmol/ L,Hp阴性组为 (6 9.2± 19.3) μmol/ L,两者比较 P <0 .0 1;Hp阳性组胃粘膜细胞凋亡指数为 9.7± 2 .8,而 Hp阴性组为 8.1± 2 .2 ,两者比较 P <0 .0 1。结论 :Hp感染患者 NO明显高于非 Hp感染者 ,并有显著的细胞凋亡现象 ,这可能与 Hp可诱导 NO合成酶有关。Objective:To observe the changes of serum level of nitric oxide and its effects on apoptosis of gastric epithelial cell after Hp infection.Methods:36 cases with Hp infection were treated as positive group and other 31 cases with Hp negative as control group .The serum level of nitric oxide by ELISA and apoptosis of gastric epithelial cell by TUNEL were detected.Results:Serum level of nitric oxide was (85.6±21.4) μmol/L in positive group,and was (69.2±19.3) μmol/L in control group.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P< 0.01 );Apoptosis index was 9.7±2.8 in positive group,and 8.1±2.2 in control group.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:Infection of Helicobacter pylori can induce elevation of nitric oxide synthetase (NOS),which producted NO,resulted in DNA damage and apoptosis of gastric epithelial cells.
