胃康复对脾虚证胃粘膜癌前病变上皮细胞核及线粒体Zn、Cu和DNA的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃康复冲剂对胃粘膜上皮细胞核、线粒体 Zn、Cu和 DNA含量的影响。方法 :应用胃康复冲剂治疗 6 1例脾虚证胃粘膜肠上皮化生 (IM)和不典型增生 (ATP)患者。治疗前后均作胃镜检查 ,取胃窦部粘膜测定细胞核与线粒体的微量元素及细胞核 DNA含量。结果 :4组脾虚证和 4组 IM亚型 ,在治疗前胃粘膜上皮细胞核Zn、Cu和 DNA水平均较健康对照组高 ,而线粒体 Zn、Cu水平则较健康对照组低 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。治疗后均有不同程度的改善 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :胃康复冲剂治愈临床症状、逆转 IM和 ATP,是通过改善胃粘膜上皮细胞核与线粒体的 Zn、Cu、DNA含量和体内其他生物活性物质的水平 ,以维护机体内环境适应性调节机制实现的。Objective:To observe the effect of Weikangfu granule on Zn,Cu and DNA in gastric mucosa epithelial nuclei and mitochondria.Methods:Weikangfu granule was used to treat 61 patients with gastric mucosa intestinal metaplasia(IM) and atypical hyperplasia(ATP).Before and after the treatment,gastrofiberscope was conducted and specimens of mucosa were taken from gastric antrum to determine the content of trace elements in nuclei and mitochondria as well as the contents of DNA in nuclei.Results:Before the treatment,the content of Zn,Cu and DNA in gastric mucosa epithelial nuclei of four groups of patients with spleen deficiency syndromes and four groups of patients with IM subsets was higher than that of health control group,while the content of mitochondria Zn,Cu was lower than that of health control group(P< 0 05～0 01 ).After the treatment,they were improved to different degree(P< 0 05～0 01 ).Conclusion:It is through improving the content of Zn,Cu and DNA in gastric mucosa epithelial nuclei and mitochondria and the level of other bioactive substances to safeguard the inner circumstance adaptability accommodation that Weikangfu granule can cure the clinical symptoms and reverse IM and ATP.
