摘　　要：目的 探讨原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者蜕膜组织IL-27、IL-23基因和蛋白的表达。方法 采集青岛大学医学院附属烟台毓璜顶医院2010年8月至2011年8月就诊的15例URSA患者和30例正常妊娠早孕妇女的蜕膜,分别应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法和Western blotting方法检测蜕膜组织IL-27及IL-23基因和蛋白的表达水平。结果与正常早孕妇女相比,URSA患者蜕膜IL-27基因(0.09±0.02 vs.0.38±0.08,P<0.05)及蛋白(0.46±0.12 vs.0.89±0.19,P<0.05)表达明显降低,IL-23基因(0.26±0.09 vs.0.16±0.06,P<0.05)及蛋白(0.47±0.08 vs.0.19±0.05,P<0.05)表达明显增高。结论 IL-27、IL-23可能在早期妊娠中发挥重要的调控作用,其表达失调可能与URSA发病密切相关。Objective To assess the expression of IL-27 and IL-23 in deciduas in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion （URSA）. Methods Deciduas were obtained from 15 women with URSA and 30 women following e- lective abortion during the early stages of pregnancy at Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital, Qingdao University Medical college between August 2010 and August 2011. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR and western blotting were used to estimate the ex- pression of IL-27 and IL-23 in deciduas. Results The mRNA （ 0. 09 ± 0. 02 vs 0. 38 ± 0.08, P 〈 0.05 ） and protein （0.46 ± 0. 12 vs 0. 89 ± 0. 19, P 〈 0.05 ） expression of IL-27 were lower while IL-23 mRNA （ 0. 26 ± 0. 09 vs 0. 16 ± 0.06 ,P 〈0.05） and protein（0. 47 ± 0. 08 vs 0. 19 ± 0. 05 ,P 〈 0. 05 ） were higher in deciduas of patients with URSA than control subjects. Conclusion The expression of IL-27 and IL-23 balance would be important in maintenance of pregnancy, the imbalaneed expression of IL-27 and IL-23 may play a role in URSA.
