白内障术毕前房液内细菌培养的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨降低白内障术后前房液内细菌培养阳性的方法。方法对８２例（９５眼）白内障患者术中用庆大霉素８ｕｇ／ｍｌ的ＢＳＳ液行前房灌注、术毕取前房液０．１～０．２ｍｌ行细菌学检查。并随意选被研究者的另眼行结膜囊清洗，取结膜囊清洗液或未灭菌的馏水０．２ｍｌ一起参加细菌学检测。结果　前房液培养 ９５眼．阳性 ３眼，阳性率３．１６％；结膜囊清洗液培养３７眼，阳性６眼，阳性率１６．２２％；未灭菌馏水１０份，均为阳性。分离出的细菌主要为表皮葡萄球菌，对庆大霉素等多种抗生素均敏感。结论　用庆大霉素８ｕｇ／ｍｌ的ＢＳＳ 液作前房灌注液，可明显地降低白内障术后前房液内细菌培养的阳性率。有效地抑制术中可能被带入前房的细菌。Objective Approach how reduce the positive of bacterial culture from aqueous of anterior chamber for postoperative of cataract. Methods The BSS with 8ug of Gentamycin was used to irrigate anterior chamber during the cataract procedure. About 0. 1ml to 0. 2ml of aqueous and 0. 2ml of fornical conjunctival rinse liquid of another eye for contrast were tested with bacteriology in 82 cases of 95 eyes with cataract. Results 3 eyes of 95 eyes of aqueous were positive (3. 16 % );For contrastive 6 eyes of 37 eyes of fornical conjunctival rinse liquid were positive (16. 22% ),and 10 cases of rinse liquid for equipment of phaco were positive. Main bacteria was epidermal staphylococcus .it is sensitive to a lot of antibiotic,including Gentamycin. Conclusion it is suggested that the BSS with 8ug Gentamycin can reduce obviously the positive of bacterial culture of aqueous for postoperative of cataract and can restrain effectively the bacteria which may be gotten into the anterior chamber during the cataract procedure.
