白内障旋转切削超声乳化技术的临床学习应用报告

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障旋转切削超声乳化技术是否可作为初学者的一种良好的学习方法。方法 回顾性分析２名初学者采用白内障旋转切削超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入学习初期连续７４例１００只眼的病例。结果术中后囊膜破裂８眼（８％），玻璃体脱出４眼（４％），术后角膜水肿１１眼（１１％）；术后１天和１周视力≥０．５者分别为６１眼（６１％）和７７眼（７７％），术后１周和１月视力≥１．０者分别为５４眼（５４％）和９０眼（９０％）。结论旋转切削技术是初学者学习白内障超声乳化术的良好方法，安全易掌握，并发症少。?Objective To investigate whether rotated--chipping phacoemulsification (phaco) may ha a good method for beginner. Methods A retrospective review of cases of the first 100 of 74 patients of rotated--chipping phaco with intraocular lens implantation performent by two beginner was done. Results Intraopertively,posterior casule rupture occurred in 8 eyes (8% ) and vitreous loss in 4 eyes (4% ). Postoperatively,corneal edema occurred in 11 eyes (11 %),the visual acuities were 0. 5 or better in 61 eyes (61 %) and 77eyes (77%) at one. day and one week respectively,and 1. 0 or better in 54 eyes (54%) and 90 eyes (90% ) at one week and one month respectively. Conclusion The rotated--chipping phaco is safe,minimum complication.and it is a good method for beginner. The advantages and learning experience are also discussed.
