摘  要:中压缸启动机组都存在切缸过程,由于参数设置、运行操作不当等原因,手动切缸时容易出现各种问题,甚至会引发高压缸保护动作等后果,造成跳机事故。总结了一些重要参数在切缸过程中的变化规律,并提出对切缸过程的品质指标进行优化。结合某2×600 MW超临界机组的切缸案例,在对其影响因素分析的基础上,提出一系列优化措施,并成功应用于该机组,切实提高了切缸品质。The transferring from Intermediate Pressure Cylinder (IPC) to High Pressure Cylinder (HPC) process, extensively, is inevitable in the IPC start-up turbine units. By virtue of inappropriate parameters configuration and operations, various problems, or even trip accidents such as HPC protection could easily emerge in the manual transferring from IPC to HPC process. It point out the quality standard of transferring from IPC to HPC process and summarize variation rules of some significant parameters during the process. On the basis of analysis of influence factors on the process and in combination with transferring from IPC to HPC case in a 2 × 600MW unit, a series of optimization measures are put forward and applied in the unit successfully, which indeed enhance the quality standard of the process.
