摘　　要：西部基层法律人才的培养是卓越法律人才培养计划的重要组成部分和着力点,要根据西部基层政法工作的特点和实际需要,通过创新人才培养模式,加强操作技能训练,加强综合辅导,鼓励学生到西部基层单位就业等方式,造就一批"下得去,留得住"的法律人才。The grassroots legal talent training is an important part of the legal talent training scheme and the main point, according to the characteristics of the grassroots work of politics and law and actual need. Through the innovative talent training mode, we should strengthen the operation skill training, strengthen the comprehensive guidance, encourage students to work in the grassroots units in western areas, so as to create a batch of quali- fied and permanent legal talents for western areas.
