摘　　要：高校人事分配制度改革对原有的人事管理制度进行变革,在这一过程中,要扎实做好广大教职工的思想政治工作,减少改革阻力,为改革和发展凝聚人心,促进改革更加深入地推行,为高等教育事业的科学健康发展提供支持。In the reform of university personnel distribution system, ideological and political work of the teaching staff should be well implemented, so as to reduce the obstacles of reform, promote the further implementation of reform, and provide support for the scientific and healthy development of the higher education cause.
