摘 要:AT供电方式目前广泛应用于高速铁路,AT所是AT供电方式的重要组成部分,其对整个牵引网的安全稳定运行至关重要。IEC61850标准在电力系统中的应用越来越广泛,电气化铁路作为电网的用户,势必要进行相应的技术改造。同时,为满足高速铁路对牵引供电系统的要求,铁路电站的IEC61850综合自动化工程势在必行。基于IEC61850标准,对某客专AT所进行信息建模,完成了间隔层保护测控IED的配置,并对远动方案进行探讨,初步解决了IEC61850应用于AT所综合自动化系统的问题。The AT power supply mode has been widely used in high speed railway. As an indispensable component, the AT station is the key to the security and stability of the whole traction network. Being a user of power grid, the electrified railway must undergo corresponding technical reform because the IEC61850 standard is being more and more widely applied in electric power system. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements on traction power supply system of high speed railway, it is imperative to carry out railway substation's IEC61850 integrated automation engineering. In this paper, based on the IEC61850 standard, the information model of the AT station of a passenger dedicated line was established, the configuration of protection, measurement and control IED in the bay level was completed, and the remote control scheme was discussed, so that the problem of using IEC61850 standard in the integrated automation system of AT station was solved preliminarily.
