摘　　要：为探讨异位嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法 ,提高对该类疾病的认识水平 ,回顾性地分析了 2 5例本病患者的临床资料 ,结果发现异位嗜铬细胞瘤古同期嗜铬细胞瘤总数的 2 3 4%。全部病例均经手术切除肿瘤 ,无手术并发症。说明血儿茶酚胺及其代谢产物尿VMA的测定对本病性具有很高的参考价值 ,定位诊断依赖于B超和CT检查。手术前应常规使用肾上腺能受体阻滞剂控制血压和心率 ,并扩充血容量。WT5”BZ]To study the diagnosis and management of ectopic pheochromocytoma,clinical date of 25cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma were analysed retrospectively.The result showed that 25cases of this kind of disease maked up 23 4% of the total pheochromocytoma during that coinstaneous period there were 18 patients with hypertension,and 2 with no symptomsatall.Total resection of tumour was performed in all cases with no complications.It was indicated that the measurement of catecholamines in blood and it’s metabolites VMA in urine were valuable for diagnosis,and the iuportant methods of tumor localizatioin were B ultrasonography and CT scanning.Tumor resection was the fisrt choice to treat the disease and preoperative administration of adrenergic blockers to control blood pressure and heart rate were always necessary.
