抗心理障碍治疗功能性消化不良疗效评价(附200例临床分析)

摘　　要：目的 :评价抗心理障碍治疗功能性消化不良 (FD)的临床治疗。方法 :2 0 0例FD患者随机分为 4组 ,2个对照组给予常规治疗 ,2个处理组再给予抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗 ,疗程 2月。结果 :无心理障碍者治疗后对照组和处理组间临床疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。有心理障碍患者FD症状和心理障碍的显效率 ,处理组明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后心理障碍总分与FD症状总分呈正相关 ,与FD症状总分减分率呈负相关 (P <0 0 0 0 5 )。结论 :抗心理障碍治疗对有心理障碍的FD患者有肯定的疗效。WT5”BZ]Objective:To evaluate the effects of anti-psychological disorder therapy for patients with functional dyspepsia[HJ5”:2](FD).Method 200 with FD were divided into 4 groups.2 control groups.2 treatment groups.Control groups were given ruding treatment.Treatment groups were additionally given antidepression and anti-anxiety therapy.Course of treatment was for 2 months.Results:There was no significantly difference in the effectiveness of FD of the patients without psychological disorders( P>0 05 ) between control group and treatment group.In the patients with psychological disorders,the effectivenesses of FD symptom and psychological disorder of the treatment group were higher than theses of the control group ( P<0 005 ).There was conrrelate between the FD symptom and psychological disorder.Conclusion:Anti-psychological disorder therapy is effective on the patients with psychological disodrer.
