摘 要:目的 探讨乳腺导管浸润癌微血管密度 (MVD)与血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)表达的关系以及与其临床病理特点的相关性。方法 应用免疫组化S P法检测 5 2例乳腺癌组织中微血管密度及VEGF的表达 ,同时分析其与临床病理特点间的关系。结果 ①癌肿中央MVD为 (10 1 4± 30 8)个 /mm2 ,而癌旁组织MVD为 (146 3± 5 4 2 )个 /mm2 ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;②有腋窝淋巴结转移组MVD为 (138 4± 5 2 1)个 /mm2 ,无腋窝淋巴结转移组MVD为 (97 8± 33 5 )个 /mm2 ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;③转移组VEGF表达阳性率为 87 7% (2 8/ 32 ) ,无转移组为 5 5 % (11/ 2 0 ) ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;④VEGF阳性组MVD为 132 5个 /mm2 ,而VEGF阴性组MVD为 91 2个 /mm2 ,MVD和VEGF的表达具有相关性(P <0 0 1)。结论 肿瘤细胞表达VEGF可能是微血管密度增加的主要因素 ,乳腺癌血管生成与腋窝淋巴结的转移关系密切。Objective\ To explore the relationship between the microvessel density and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and clinicopathological features. Methods\ The microvessel quantitation and expression of VEGF were analyzed by immunohistochemistry using antibody to fator Ⅷ-related antigen and VEGF. Results\ Node-positive carcinoma demonstrated significantly higher microvessel counts than node-negative carcinomas(1384±521 and 978±336,respectively;P<001) and that connective tissue adjacent to tumor showed significantly higher microvessel counts than connective tissue of tumor center(1014±308 and 1453±542,respectively;P<001). The positivity rate of VEGF with node-positive carcinoma was 877%, one with node-negative carcinoma 55%. There was significant difference between two groups. MVDs of VEGF positive group and negative group were 1325 and 912, respectively(P<001). Conclusion\ The angiogenesis in invasive breast carcinoma is correlated with the occurrence of metastasis. Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor is related with vascularity.
