摘　　要：以钠、乙醇钠/石油醚为反应体系,苯乙酸乙酯与甲酸乙酯缩合,再与L半胱氨酸盐酸盐环合制得利血生。总收率79.83%。该工艺反应条件温和,适用于工业化生产。The intermediate was synthesized from ethyl phenylacetate and ethyl formate under Na,EtONa- Petrole- um ether system,and was cyclized with L- Cysteine monohydroehloride to get Leueogen. Total yield of 79.83%. The reaction conditions is mild and suitable for industrialization.
