摘 要:目的探讨牛磺酸对游泳训练诱导大鼠心肌肥厚的影响。方法采用游泳训练引起的大鼠心肌肥厚为模型。所有大鼠被随机分为3组(每组10只):对照组,游泳组,牛磺酸组。牛磺酸治疗剂量为300 mg.kg-1.d-1。经游泳运动8周后,大鼠处死,分离心脏组织用于检测左心室重/体质量比(LVW/BW),心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)mRNA表达量。结果与正常对照组相比,未给药的游泳组大鼠LVW/BW升高,心肌AngⅡ含量、TGF-β1 mRNA表达量增高;应用牛磺酸治疗则明显减小了游泳训练大鼠LVW/BW,降低了心肌AngⅡ含量、TGF-β1 mRNA表达量。结论牛磺酸治疗可抑制游泳大鼠心肌肥厚的发生,作用机制与其调节心肌组织局部AngⅡ和TGF-β1产生有关。Objective To investigate the effects of taurine on swimming exercise-induced cardiac hyper- trophy. Methods The model of exercise-induced myocardial hypertrophy was established in rats by swimming training method. All rats were randomly divided into three groups, 10 rats in each group:normal control group, swimming training group and taurine treatment group. The swimming training rats were treated with taurine at a dose of 300mg·kg^1 ·d^-1 for 8 weeks. After a 8-week swimming exercise program, all rats were sacrificed and the hearts were clooected to determine left ventricular weight/body weight (LVW/BW), myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ ( Ang Ⅱ ) level, and transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) mRNA by RT-PCR. Results Compared with normal control group, the untreated swimming training group exhibited an increase in LVW/BW, Ang Ⅱ level, and TGF-β1 mRNA. Taurine treatment markedly attenuated the increase in LVW/BW, Ang Ⅱ level, and TGF- 61 mRNA in swimming training rats. Conclusion Treatment with taurine could reverse myocardial hypertrophy in swimming training rats,which might be related to its inhibition of angiotensin Ⅱ and TGF-β1production.
