摘　　要：对 34例无精子症患者的淋巴细胞进行染色体分析 ,其中检出 4例 47,XXY,常染色体易位、Y染色体部分缺失以及属正常多态现象的大 Y染色体各 1例。染色体异常检出率为 17.6 % ,性染色体畸变占全部异常的83.3% ,表明性染色体畸变是无精子症的重要病因。Cytogenetics studies were taken on azoospermia of 34 cases by examing their chromosomes acquired from lymphocytes Those 34 cases includ 4 cases with 47,XXY,1 case autosome translocation,1 case interstitial deletion in Y and 1 case big Y belonged to normal polymorphism The chromosome abnormality rate of all cases is 17 6%,and the rate of abnormal sex chromosomes is 83 3%(6/7) The results show that the sex chromosomal aberration is a major reason for azoospermia
