摘　　要：目的探讨、分析腹腔镜子宫内膜癌分期术和开腹子宫内膜癌分期术的卫生经济学指标。方法对2009年1月至2012年12月在北京协和医院初次手术治疗的493例子宫内膜癌患者进行分析。根据手术方式分为腹腔镜子宫内膜癌分期术和开腹子宫内膜癌分期术两组。分析两组患者的年龄、体重指数、分期、总住院天数、术后住院天数、手术费用、护理费用、药费、麻醉费及总医疗费用。结果腹腔镜手术方式在治疗子宫内膜癌方面,所占比例逐年增多。腹腔镜子宫内膜癌分期术总住院费用、药费、总住院天数和术后住院天数均明显少于开腹子宫内膜癌分期组。结论腹腔镜子宫内膜癌分期术较开腹手术有更好的卫生经济效益,值得推广。Objective To compare the cost effectiveness between laparoscopic and abdominal surgery for patients with endometrial cancer. Method From 2009 to 2012, 493 patients who underwent laparoscopically-assisted surgery for endometrial cancers and who had abdominal surgery for endometrial cancer were included. The age, body mass index, staging, hospital stay, surgery cost, medicine cost, nursing care cost, anesthesia cost, total cost of the two groups were compared. Result The laparoscopy surgery is increasing. The total costs and medicine cost in the laparoscopy group were lower than that in the laparotomy group. The patents in the laparoseopy group had a shorter hospital stay. Conclu- sion Laparoseopically-assisted surgery is medically economically better than the laparotomy approach for tire endometrial cancer treatment.
