顺德私立早教机构的现状和发展路径研究

摘　　要：家长早教知识不完备、早教机构的过度宣传与孩子进入早教机构受教育状况之间的强烈反差、早教机构收费过高、早教师资素质低下、政府监管缺失是制约顺德私立早教机构发展的主要问题。顺德私立早教机构应该按着"质量为先、规模适度"的路子,从加强宣传、增大投入、引入师资和加强监管四个方面入手,使之进一步发展和完善,以促进婴幼儿身心的全面发展。The major issu parents don＇t have good es, which are restricting the development of Shunde private early-training institutions are that knowledge of early education and the overall qualities of training teachers are rather poor. In addition, the contrast of fictitious publicity from the institutions and the actual training circumstance, too expensive fees and the lack of supervision from government coexist. Prior to training quality and moderate scale should be the optimized path for Shunde private early-training institutions, which step up publicity visual field progressively, increase financial investment, attract high quality teachers, and strengthen the supervision to perfect the early-training market so as to improve the infants＇ overall mental and physical development.
