摘　　要：选择合适的测量学理论与参数体系是保证一个题库性能良好的必要条件,本文论述了卫生专业技术资格考试题库的测量学理论和参数体系的设置、作用及计算方法。To select suitable measurement theory and parameter system is the precondition for the quality insurance of the item bank. This paper analyzed the set up, roles and calculating methods of the measurement theory and parameter system of national heahhcare professional proficiency qualification item bank.
