摘　　要：智慧国防是国防信息化的高级阶段,是信息化发展到一定阶段的产物。在智慧国防阶段,智慧国防与实体国防及其战略完全融合,通过智慧感知探测、智慧数据处理和融合、智慧应用和智慧服务四个层次,实现国家安全防护体系化,国防战略制订对抗全领域化,国防战略管理精细化,国防战略效能最大化,达到国防与国家实力自动匹配、国防战略的智慧发展和国防事件的智慧反应,以期用最合适的途径和代价,实现国防战略,保护国家安全。Wisdom National defense （WND） is the high level of National Defense Informationizaion. During the WND period, WND is syncretized with entity National Defense. WND uses the four tiers, known as wisdom sense tier, wisdom data processing and syncretizing tier, wisdom application tier and wisdom service tier, to implement the national security systemically protecting, entire field eonterworking national defense strategy, refined national defense strategy management and the maximal efficiency of national defense strategy, provide the series function of smart adaptivation between the national defense and the national power, smart development and intelligent reaction. The target of WND is implementing the national defense strategy and protecting the security of the nation by much lower cost, much higher efficient.
