地佐辛复合丙泊酚在门诊无痛胃镜中麻醉效果的观察

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛复合丙泊酚在门诊无痛胃镜中的麻醉效果。方法随机选择拟行无痛胃镜检查男性成年患者100例,分为丙泊酚组(B组),地佐辛/丙泊酚组(D/B组),D/B组在行无痛胃镜检查前15 min静脉给予地佐辛0.04 mg/kg,余同B组。静注丙泊酚2 mg/kg进行诱导,患者意识消失后行胃镜检查。观察指标包括注射部位疼痛例数,呼吸抑制例数,丙泊酚使用量,苏醒时间,疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果患者注射部位疼痛例数,丙泊酚使用量(P<0.01);呼吸抑制例数,苏醒时间(P<0.05)具有统计学差异;疼痛视觉模拟评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛可以有效的减轻患者注射部位痛,较少呼吸抑制的发生,减少丙泊酚使用量,缩短患者苏醒时间。Objective To observe the anesthesia effect of dezocine composited with propofol in painless gastroscopy.Methods 100 adultmale patients were divided into two groups randomly,characteristic as propofol group（B） and dezocine / propofol（D / B） group.15minutesBefore gastroscopy,patients in D / B group were intravenous injected withdezocine at the dose of 0.04mg / kg.Then patients in both D / B group andB group received intravenous injection with propofol at the dose of 2mg / kg.Recording the symptoms,the number of inject pain and respiratory depression,,awake time and VAS score.Results Differcnce of inject pain and propofol dose（P 0.01）,respiratory depression and awake time（P 0.05）,were statistically significant between the two groups,but not in VAS score（P 0.05）.Conclusions Dezocine can reduce the accurence of inject pain and respiratory depression,decrease the use of propofol,abbreviateawake time.
