玻璃体切除眼内异物摘出联合手术及激光光凝

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切除联合眼内异物摘出及视网膜激光光凝的临床效果。方法对66例（66眼）眼内异物在玻璃体切除的基础上联合眼内异物摘出术及视网膜激光光凝。术后观察眼压，视力及眼底情况。结果66眼异物均成功摘出，术后视网膜在位65眼，占98．48％，眼压范围11～21mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）；视网膜脱离1跟，占1．52％；术后矫正视力提高63眼，占96．97％。结论玻璃体切除术联合眼内异物摘出及视网膜激光光凝是一种安全、准确、损伤小、成功率高、并发症少的手术。其中及时的视网膜激光治疗对于防止视网膜脱离的发生具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign body extraction and retinal laser photocoagulation. Methods Surgeries of vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign body extraction and retinal laser photoeoagulation were performed on 66 eyes of 66 cases. Resuits The surgeries of intraocular foreign body extraction of 66 patients all were succeeded. In 65 eyes （98.48% ,65/66） detachment of the retina did not happen after surgery, postoperative intraocular pressure was 11 -21 mmHg, and the retinal detachment occurred in 1 eye（ 1.52% ）. The best correct visual acuity improved in 63eyes （96.97%）. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign body extraction and retinal laser photocoagulation were efficient in treatment of intraocular foreign body. And the retinal laser photocoagulation to prevent the occurrence of retinal detachment plays an important role.
