摘　　要：目的探讨爆裂性眶壁骨折整复治疗的临床疗效。方法采用羟基磷灰石复合体材料或多孔聚乙烯（Medpor）整复爆裂性眶壁骨折恢复眼眶的解剖结构及组织功能。结果本组24例病例中20例眼球突出度眼球运动功能恢复，复视得以完全矫正。4例残留部分复视眼球运动功能恢复欠佳。无一例感染，无羟基磷灰石及Medpor排斥或暴露等并发症。结论爆裂性眶壁骨折，常引起眼眶内容物嵌顿、眼外肌的嵌顿，从而导致眼球内陷、眼球运动障碍及复视。手术恢复眼眶解剖形态及眶容积，是治疗爆裂性眶壁骨折所致畸形及功能障碍的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of implantation surgery for orbital reconstruction. Methods Twenty -four cases with the orbital blow-out fracture treated by Hydroxyapatite complex or Medpor implantation surgery were reviewed and summarized, and their surgical effects were analyzed. Results The enophthalmos and diplopia completely disappeared in 20 cases, relieved in 4 cases. There were no infection or extrusion of Hydroxyapatite complex or Medpor implant. Conclusion Surgery is the majoy method of treating orbital blow - out fracture, the operative skill, timing and implant are key points for successful operation.
