摘　　要：目的探讨机械法准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术（Epi—LASIK）矫正高度近视的安全性和有效性。方法187例（358只眼）高度近视行Epi—LASIK，术后常规用药，观察术后1个月、6个月、1年时的视力和屈光状态等情况。结果187例（358只眼）术后裸眼视力：1个月318只眼（88．82％）1〉0．5，6个月340只眼（94．97％）〉10．8，1年323只眼（90．22％）i〉0．8；屈光状态：术后1个月为（＋1．75±0．57）D，术后6个月为（＋0．50±0．21）D，术后1年为（0．00±1．25）D。结论Epi—LASIK手术矫正高度近视是安全和有效的。Objective To discuss the safety and effect of epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis （ Epi -LASIK） for high myopia. Methods 358 eyes of 187 patients with high myopia who underwent Epi - LASIK in our hospital were choosen. Uncorrected visual acuity and refractive diopter were observed at 1 month, 6 months and 1 year after the surgery. Results The postoperative uncorrected visual aeuities were at ≥ 0.5 in 318 eyes （88.82%） at 1 month, at ≥ 0.8 in 340 eyes （94.97%） at 6 months, at ≥0.8 in 323 eyes （90.22%） at 1 year after the surgery. The refractive diopter at 1 month, 3 months and 1 year were （＋1.75±0.57） D,（ ＋0.50±0.21）Dand （0±1.25） D postoperatively. Conclusion Epi-LASIK for high myopia is safe and effective.
