摘　　要：针对现有研究中关于吸收能力与产品创新绩效之间关系结论不一致的现状,引入知识产权风险这一概念,对吸收能力、知识产权风险与产品创新绩效之间的关系进行分析,分析结果表明,知识产权风险对吸收能力的四个维度与产品创新绩效之间的关系具有调节作用。分析结论解释了现有研究中相关结论不一致的原因,且将这些看似矛盾的结论统一起来。Directing at the actuality that conclusions about the relationship between absorptive capacity and prod- uct innovation performance in existing research are inconsistent, this paper introduces intellectual property risk and deeply analyzes relationships among absorptive capacity, intellectual property risk and product innovation perfor- mance. Analysis results indicate that intellectual property risk moderates relationships between four dimensionalities of absorptive capacity （acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation） and product innovation perfor- mance. Conclusions in this paper explain why relevant conclusions in existing research are inconsistent, and inte- grate them in the same theory analysis framework.
