摘 要:城市的快速发展给城市水资源带来了巨大压力,城市水资源短缺、水淹和水污染等问题日益突出,实现人水和谐已成为城市发展的目标之一。本文运用系统理论、可持续发展理论与和谐理论,对城市人水和谐内涵、城市人水系统的结构及运行机制和城市人水和谐评价进行系统研究,分析城市人水和谐的主要影响因素,从城市人水客观和谐与主观和谐两个方面建立了城市人水和谐的评价指标,研究城市人水和谐评价模型与方法,建立了城市人水发展度计算模型、城市人水协调度计算模型、城市人水和谐主观感受度计算模型以及城市人水和谐度计算模型,最后,应用所建模型分析评价了南京市的人水和谐度。Rapid urbanization has brought great pressure on water resources, making severe issues of water shortage, water pollution and frequent flooding in urban areas, so the harmonious development of human and water has become one of the important problems in urban development. In this paper, the system theo- ry, the sustainable development theory, and harmonious theory are used to analyze the connotation of ur- ban human-water harmony, urban water system structure and operation mechanism, and urban water harmo- nious evaluation system and the main impact factors to urban human-water harmony. The evaluation index has been established on the basis of two aspects of the urban human-water objective and subjective harmo- ny. Based on the study of urban human-water harmony evaluation model and method, the calculation mod- el of the urban human-water development degree, the coordination degree, and the subjective feeling of harmonious degree as well as the urban human-water harmony degree are developed. The model has been applied to analyze and evaluate the human-water harmony degree of Nanjing.
