摘  要:风速的随机变化使得风电变流器中器件的结温产生波动,影响变流器的可靠运行。现有文献依据每小时的风速记录来评估风电变流器的可靠性,忽略了每小时内风速的频繁变化对变流器可靠性的影响,这会高估风电变流器的可靠性。根据实际的风速及气温数据,分析了不同风速记录时间刻度对风电变流器中器件结温及其波动计算结果的影响;利用Coffin-Manson器件可靠性评估模型评估了在不同时间刻度下的可靠性。评估结果表明,在不同风速记录间隔下,风电变流器的可靠性并不一致。研究结果表明,当风速及气温数据的记录时间间隔在2~3min之间,风电变流器可靠性的评估结果较为准确;若记录时间间隔较长f如大于10min),将会高估变流器的可靠性。Random variation of wind speed makes the junction temperatures of devices fluctuated for wind power converter and affects the reliable operation of the converters. In existing literatures the reliability of wind power converters is evaluated by hourly record of wind speed and the impact of frequent variation of wind speed within an hour on reliability of the converters is neglected, thus the reliability of wind power converters is over-estimated. According to actual data of wind speed and air temperature, the impacts of different time scales for wind speed record on calculation results of the junction temperatures of devices and the junction temperature fluctuations in wind power converters are analyzed. Utilizing Coffm-Manson reliability evaluation mode, the retiabilities of the converters under different time scales are evaluated, and evaluation results show that under different time scale for wind speed record the reliability of wind power converters are not consistent. Research results show that when the time scale for recording wind speed and air temperature is within the range of 2 and 3 minutes, the reliability of wind power converter can be evaluated more accurately; if the time scale for the recording is longer, for instance longer than 10 minutes, the reliability of wind power converters will be over-estimated.
