复方苦参注射液对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨纯中药制剂复方苦参注射液联合同步放化疗对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:将68例Ⅲ期肺癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组35例(同步放化疗+复方苦参注射液),对照组33例(同步放化疗)。根据WHO标准评价患者近期疗效,采用肺癌生活质量量表对患者的生活质量进行评价。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率RR(CR+PR=RR)分别为57.14%、54.55%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后在症状、功能状态和整体生活质量评分方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液可以改善Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To explore the effect of Fufang Kushen Injection on quality of life in patients with Ⅲ non - small cell lung cancer. Methods：68 patients with stage m lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group with 35 patients（ synchronous chemoradiotherapy compound matrine injection）, control group with 33 cases （concurrent chemora-diotherapy）. According to the WHO standard evaluation,the short - term effect was evaluated. Lung Cancer Quality of Life Scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients. Results ： The treatment group and the control group RR （ CR ＋ PR = RR） were 57.14%, 54.55%, and the two groups had no significant difference, P 〉 0.05. There were significant differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）in the two groups before and after treatment in symptoms, functional status, and overall quality of life score. Conclusion ： Fufang Kushen Injection can release the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
