明目熏洗剂治疗过敏性结膜炎38例

摘　　要：目的:观察明目熏洗剂熏洗治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法:80例结膜炎患者随机分为两组。试验组38例采用明目熏洗剂熏洗治疗;对照组42例予以色甘酸钠滴眼液,用药1滴/次,4次/d,疗程10天。结果:试验组用药10天后的缓解眼痒效果达78.95%,缓解充血效果76.32%,总有效率78.95%,对照组分别为73.80%,69.05%和71.43%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:明目熏洗剂治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效明显。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of Mingmu Xunxiye in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods ： 80 patients were enrolled in the multi - center, randomized, controlled clinical trial. Half of them were allocated to receive Mingmu Xunxiye twice a day for 10 days and the balance was allocated to receive sodium cromoglycate eye drops for 10 days. Results：After 10 days therapy ,the release rate of eye itch and congestion was 78.95% and 76.32% respectively with an effective rate of 78.95%. Con-clusion ：Mingmu Xunxiye is effective in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.
