摘　　要：会展业作为前景广阔的朝阳产业,对相关产业具有极强的带动作用。为顺应会展业专业化、规模化、国际化的发展趋势,越来越多的城市逐渐加大会展业的建设投入,在展馆经营、展会策划、展会招商及展会运作等方面均取得不俗的成绩。本文以南昌市为例,结合近几年南昌市会展业与相关行业发展的数据,将会展业定位为新型服务业。从产业价值链的视角出发,深入分析南昌会展业的发展特征,细致解析会展产业链条中各环节的相互关联性,并对南昌市会展业的盈利模式进行探讨,力求寻找南昌市会展业发展模式的新思路。As a sunrise industry with a broad prospect, the MICE industry has a strong driving force on related industries. For the development trend of MICE industry＇ s specialization, scale and internationalization, more and more cities have increased the investments in the construction of MICE industry, and achieved good results in the exhibition business, planning, investment and operation. Selecting Nanehang City as a research case and starting from the perspective of industrial value chain, the dissertation analyzes the development characteristics of urban MICE industry and mutual relations of each part of MICE industry chain, and explores the Nanchang MICE profit model in order to find out the development mode for MICE industry in Nanchang City.
