摘 要:目的观察大肠经的能量代谢特征。方法通过大肠经深部组织氧分压、微循环血流灌注量、温度变化,观察电针前后及电针合谷穴时的反应。结果电针前深部组织氧分压单独和联合测试均高于两侧非经对照部位(P<0.01),微循环血流灌注量和温度也高于两侧非经对照部位(P<0.01,P<0.05);电针时和电针后氧分压与电针前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针可使大肠经的氧利用率提高。Objective To observe the energy metabolism characteristics of large intestine meridian. Methods The changes of partial oxygen pressure of deep tissues along large intestine meridian were observed alone, then the changes of partial oxygen pressure, microeirculatory blood peffusion and temperature were simultaneously observed before and after the electroacupuncture, and during electroacupuncturing Hegu (LI4). Results Before the electroacupuncture, the partial oxygen pressure evaluated alone or evaluated simultaneously with other indexes in deep tissues along large intestine meridian were higher respectively than that along bilateral contrasting non-meridian lines (P〈0.01), and the microcirculatory blood perfusion and temperature were higher respectively than that along bilateral contrasting non-meridian lines (P〈0.01, P〈 0.05). There was a significant difference in partial oxygen pressure before and after the electroacupuncture, and there was also a significant difference in partial oxygen pressure before and during electroacupuneture (P〈0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve oxygen utilization rate of large intestine meridian.
