摘　　要：在供应链上,企业与企业之间存在着一定的既竞争又合作的关系。核心制造企业(Core Manufacturing Enterprise,CME)与供应商在博弈中,价格是核心,为共同应对经济困境,选择建立合作伙伴关系,以提高企业核心竞争力(Core Competencies),实现共赢。通过核心制造企业与供应商演化博弈模型的研究,分析企业行为对利益的影响,并应用ASP.NET平台和SQL数据库开发价格管理系统,可以分析价格问题,促进企业与供应商之间更好地博弈。Certain competition and cooperative relations are in existence between enterprises in terms ol the supply chain. During the gaming between core manufacturing enterprises （CME） and their suppliers, pricing is always the key issue. To jointly cope with the economic plight, it is better to create a copartner relation so that the core competitiveness of the enterprises （core competencies） will be improved to achieve a win-win situation. By the survey on the evolutionary game model between the core manufacturing enterprises and their suppliers and analyses on the compact of the corporate behavior on the interests as well as applications of ASP.NET platform and SQL database to the development of price administration system, it will promote a better gaming between enterprises and their suppliers.
