摘　　要：在全球经济一体化的背景下,肉类加工业在国内外均得到了快速的发展,全球食品格局同样发生了广泛而深刻的变革,不断向多领域、全链条、深层次、低能耗、全利用、高效益、可持续方向发展。我国肉制品加工业如何变革发展,才能适应市场经济发展,以及与国际市场接轨,理应受到人们更多关注。Under the background of global economic integration, meat processing industry has getting rapid development both at home and abroad. Meanwhile, global food pattern have taken place extensive and profound changes, and constantly turn to multi - domain, the whole chain, deep, low energy con- sumption, full utilization, high effectiveness and sustainable development. How could meat processing industry reform and develop, how could adapt to market economic development and integrate with the world market is concentrated by people.
